In 2012, 7th and 8th grade students from the White Mountain Waldorf School completed an interdisciplinary unit based on this cemetery. The unit culminated with a work day in the cemetery, where students cleaned, repaired and reset the stones of the people they had researched. Jess Davis completed a full documentation and assessment of the stones before choosing those in the worst condition to restore.
