From its intersection with Route 153, drive east on Brownfield Road 0.7 miles. The large cemetery is on the right (south) side of the road.
Historical Information: This is a large town cemetery that contains the graves of families who lived in the Snowville neighborhood. Many families have plots that are enclosed by granite curbing. A newer section is to the west.
Condition (8/16/2020): This cemetery is well-maintained by the town. It is kept mowed and funds are set aside for stone repair as needed.
In 2016/17, the town of Eaton hired Jess Davis to assess and restore the fallen and broken gravestones in the Snowville Cemetery. Eight of the needy stones were selected for restoration.
